Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, complete this Refund/Exchange Authorisation Form and submit it within 30 days from the shipping date of your order for a full refund/exchange. 

After your request has been submitted, our team will aim to contact you for further details within 2-3 business days.
All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date to qualify for a return/exchange.

Bundles must be returned in full. Otherwise, unreturned quantities of products given for free (in bundles) will be deducted from the exchange/refund. 

All returned items will be inspected. Any product you return must be in the original condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed until the receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Shipping charges for all returns and exchanges must be paid and insured by the customer. HansBiomed UK & Europe is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • The amount will be refunded by the same payment method (Card/Bank transfer) 
  • Changing a product within a Product Package deal is not available 
  • There will be NO exceptions, NO product credit for products received after the listed days.

How will my return authorisation be processed?
Please allow up to 7 business days to review your return/exchange authorisation form and returned items. We will contact you when the review is complete.

How long until my refund is issued?
Please allow for 10 business days from the date of the item return for the credit to be posted to your original form of payment.

How do exchanges work?
If an exchange is placed for an item(s) with a lesser value, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. If an exchange is placed for an item(s) with a greater value, the difference will need to be collected.

How do I report missing item(s)?
Please report missing items by completing a refund/exchange authorisation form within 3 business days of receiving your order.
